Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of Original Lot No. 25 at the intersection of the centerline of CH-177; Newton Falls Road and St. Rt. 225, Deerfield-Windham Road; thence S. 00 deg. 27' 30" E., along the centerline of St. Rt. 225, a distance of 2280.77 feet to an angle point; thence S. 05 deg. 40' 58" W., continuing along the centerline of St. Rt. 225, a distance of 231.58 feet to a point at the Southeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by W. G. and Virginia Davis which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing S. 05 deg. 40' 58" W., along the centerline of St. Rt. 225, a distance of 118.87 feet to a point; thence N. 85 deg. 30' 56" W., (passing over an iron pipe at 33.01 feet) a distance of 362.23 feet to an iron pipe in an Easterly line of land now or formerly owned by R. L. Griffith; thence N. 05 deg. 04' 17" W., along said Easterly line of R. L. Griffith, a distance of 120.51 feet to an iron pipe in a Southerly line of said R. L. Griffith; thence S. 85 deg. 31' E., along said Southerly line of R. L. Griffith and the aforementioned W. G. and Virginia Davis (passing over an iron pipe at 351.71 feet), a distance of 384.72 feet to the true place of begining, containing 1.019 acres of land as surveyed January 22, 1973 by Alfred Szuch, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
