Commencing at the Southwest corner of said lot; thence North along the lot line 1451.34 feet to a point; thence South 89 deg. 47' East, 1696.99' to an iron pipe at the Grantor's Northwest corner and the true place of begininng; thence continuing South 89 47' East, 217.66' along Grantor's North line and the South line of lands of D. & R. Haney to an iron pipe in the center of Rootstown Rd. Township Highway 106 and passing over an iron pipe 29.74' from the road center; thence South 1 45' West, along the centerline of Rootstown Road 300.00' to a point; thence North 89 47' West, along Grantor's South line and the North line of lands of J. M. Webb, 217.66' to an iron pipe in the Grantor's West line, and passing over an iron pipe 25' from the road center; thence North 1 45' East, along Grantor's West lne and the East line of lands of Alvin K. House 300' to the true place of beginning and containing 1.50 acres of land, as surveyed in April, 1965 by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.
