Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot No. 9 in the Chamber of Commerce Allotment, as number, platted and recorded as being Book 3, Page 24 of the Portage County Record of Plats, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Being the same property acquired by the Grantor purusant to the provisions of the National Housing Act, an amended (12 U.S.C. 1701) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3531). Subject to all covenants, restrictions, easements, conditions, and rights appearing of record and subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show. To have and to hold said premises, with the appurtenances thereunto belonging, to the said Grantee(s) and to the heirs and assigns of said Grantee(s), forever. And the said Grantor, and his successors, hereby covenants with the said Grantee(s), and the heirs and assigns of said Grantee(s), that said premises are free and clear from all encumbrances, whatsoever, by from agreements, covenants and conditions of record, and except any state of facts with which would be disclosed by an accurate survey of the premises herein conveyed. Said Grantor, and his successors, hereby further covenants that said Grantor, and his successors, will forever warrant and defend the same with the appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto said Grantee(s), and the heirs and assigns of said Grantee(s), against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, from, through, or under the said Grantor herein.

Said Premises Appraised at $100,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
