And known as being a part of Township Lot 45; beginning at a point in the center line of Randolph Road, 60' wide, S.R. 743, which point bears S. 89 degrees 00' 12" W., 125.00 feet from its intersection with the center line of Bixler Road, T.H. 412, 50' wide; thence continuing S. 89 degrees 00' 12" W., along the centerline of Randolph Road, 206.24 feet to a point; thence N. 00 degrees 08' 18" W., 200.00 feet to an I.P. (passing over an I.P. at 30.00 ft.); thence N. 89 degrees 00' E., 204.80 feet to an I.P.; thence S 00 degrees 33' E., 200.00 feet to the place of beginning (passing over an I.P. at 170.00 feet) and containing 0.9435 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by Emil C.
