Kuhak, Deed Volume 1155, Page 962, and G. M. Jr. and A. L. Diltz, Deed Volume 785, Page 374, a distance of 120.15 feet to an iron pipe found; thence turning N. 84 deg. 39' 21" W., along the North line of V. J. Jordan, Deed Volume 1116, Page 676, and G. F. Watkins, Deed #200332485, a distance of 60.06 feet to an iron pipe found; thence turning N. 04 deg. 00' 31" E., along the East line of M. Fessenden, D. V. 803, Page 545, a distance of 121.11 feet to a capped rebar to be set; thence turning S. 83 deg. 44' 09" E., along the South right-of-way of Fairchild Avenue (60' R/W), a distance of 60.00 feet back to the true place of beginning. The area of this property contains 0.1662 acres of land more or less. The survey was performed by Terrence L. Pearson in May of 2004. The basis of bearing is to an assumed meridian and is used to denote angles only.
