beginning at 11:30 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the County of Portage in the State of Ohio and in the Township of Nelson; and known as being part of Lot number 39 of Nelson Township, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of said Lot Number 39, this iron pipe at the centerline intersection of Highway number 297 (Newell Ledge Road) and Highway number 253 (Silica Sand Road). This iron pipe is referenced from a spike in a 16 inch Red Oak Tree a distance of 25.21 feet Southwest from the iron pipe. This iron pin is also referenced a distance of 19.86 feet from a spike in an 18 inch soft Maple Southeast from the iron pin; thence North from a spike in an 18 inch Soft Maple Southeast from the iron pin; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes West along the South line of Lot Number 39 for a distance of 163.00 feet to an iron pipe. This iron pipe is situated a distance of 712.71 feet South 89 degrees 30 minutes East from an iron pipe at the Southwest corner of a 34.50 acre parcel of land now or formerly owned by C.H. Calvin; thence North 00 degrees 2 minutes West (passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet from the South line of said Lot Number 39) for a distance of 175.00 feet to an iron pipe in the South bank of a drainage ditch; thence South 85 degrees 17 minutes East for a distance of 163.55 feet (and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet from the centerline of Newell Lake Road) to an iron pipe in the West line of said Lot Number 39; thence South 0 degrees 2 minutes East along the East line of said Lot Number 39 for a distance of 163.00 feet to the place of beginning and found to contain 0.632 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius F. Converse, Serial Number 1199 in April, 1955.

A deposit of CERTIFIED CHECK or CASHIER'S CHECK, payable to Clerk U.S. District Court, or CASH for ten (10%) per cent of the purchase price up to a maximum of $10,000.00 will be required at the time the bid is accepted.
The FULL purchase price shall be paid to Clerk U.S. District Court within THIRTY (30) days from the date of the sale. Failure to do so will result in the purchaser being held in contempt of court.
