In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, August 11, 2008, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the City of Streetsboro to-wit:

Being part of Original Lot No. 19. Beginning at a point in the center of the East-West Highway, also known as Frost Rd., which is also the South line of Lot No. 19, 947.32 feet East of the S.W. corner of Lot No. 19; thence North (assumed) parallel with lot lines 1343.73 feet to land owned by Thomas and Mildred Ireland, recorded in Vol. 372, Pg. 308 - Portage County Records; thence North 89 degrees 21' 44" East, along South line of said Ireland land 344.24 feet to an iron pin on the N.E. corner of land recently owned by Cletus Corbett; thence South 0 degree 31' 48" West, along West line of said Ireland property and West line of land owned by Aleta Mann, as recorded in Vol. 494 - Page 183 - Portage County Records, 1347.72 feet to a point in the center of the East-West Highway; thence West on the South line of Lot No. 19, 331.76 feet to the place of beginning, containing 10.44 acres, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
