In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Beginning at an iron bolt in the center of State of Route No. 18 and the center of County Road No. 31, New Milford Road; thence North 2 degrees 03' East, 680.96 feet to a point and the true place of beginning; thence continuing the same course 120.99 feet to a point; thence South 66 degrees 31' East, 240.03 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 2 degrees 03' West, 120.99 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 88 degrees 31' West, 240.03 feet to the true place of beginning. Iron pipe 30.00 feet to the East of center of County Road No. 31 surveyed by Marvin F. Stevens, Registered Surveyor No. 260.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
