And known as being part of Franklin Township Lot 24 and being a parcel of land in Block 11 and being a part of Lots 24 and 25 as platted by the Franklin Land Co. and recorded in Volume 25, Page 132, Portage County Records and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of Lot 25 on the South line of Brady Street; thence Easterly along the South line of Brady Street 50.00 feet to an iron pipe in Lot 24; thence Southerly and parallel with the West line of Lot 25, 70.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence Westerly and parallel with the first described line 50.00 feet to an iron pipe on the West line of Lot 25; thence Northerly along the West line of Lot 25, 70.00 feet to the place of beginning, and containing .50 acres.
Said Premises Located at 126 Brady St., Kent, OH 44240.
Said Premises Appraised at $90,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
