In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, June 30, 2008, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Shalersville to-wit:

And known as being a part of Lot 103 of said township, bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a railroad spike found at the intersection of the centerline of Work Road, T.H. 205-A and Price Road, T.H. 203-C, said point being the Northeast corner of said Lot 103; thence South 00 deg. 53' 48" West, along the centerline of said Price Road and along the West line of said Lot 103, a distance of 621.64 feet to the true place of beginning of the parcel herein described and said point being witnessed by an iron pin set; thence South 89 deg. 05' 06" East, a distance of 594.00 feet to an iron pin found and said line passing thru an iron pin set 60.00 feet from the centerline of said Price Road; thence South 00 deg. 63' 48" West, along the West line of lands now or formerly owned by J. A. & T. D. Desatnik, a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pin found; thence North 89 deg. 05' 06" West, a distance of 594.00 feet to an iron pin found in the centerline of said Price Road and in the West line of Lot 103 and said line passing thru an iron pin found 60.00 feet from said centerline; thence North 00 deg. 53' 48" East, along the centerline of said Price Road and along the West line of Lot 103, a distance of 150.00 feet to the true place of beginning and containing within said bounds 2.0455 acres of land, more or less, but subejct to all legal highways, as surveyed by Carl M. Clark, Registered Surveyor No. 5358 of Bock and Clark in March, 1990. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
