Situated in the Township of Edinburg, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Known as being part of Lot #4, Subdivision #3 S.E. of the Township of Edinburg, County of Portage and State of Ohio, bounded and described as follows:
FIRST TRACT:
Beginning at the N.W. corner of said Lot #4 S.D. #3 S.E.; thence S. 0 deg. -04' E., and with said S. D. lot line and center-line of the Alliance-Edinburg Road #S.H. 514 (S.R. #183) a distance of 1044.14 feet to a point on line, marking the N.W. corner of the tract herein described and being the true place of beginning thereof; thence continuing S. 0 deg. -04' E., and with the said S.D. lot line and road center-line, a distance of 300.00 feet to a point on line; thence S. 89 deg. -20' E., a distance of 833.55 feet to a steel pin and passing over a steel pin set 30 feet from the start on the East right-of-way line of said Alliance-Edinburg Road; thence N. 0 deg. -05' 08" E., a distance of 300.00 feet to a steel pin; thence N. 89 deg. -20' W., a distance of 834.34 feet and passing over a steel pin, set 30 feet from the ending on the said East right-of-way of Alliance-Edinburg Road #S.H. 514 (S.R. #183) to the true place of beginning. Containing 5.7431 acres of land, more or less, and being subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by Walter F. Sage, May 18, 1972, Reg. No. 789.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
