Being part of Lot 35 S.D. in said township. Beginning for commencement at the Southeast corner of Lot 35 S. D.; thence N. 88 degrees 40' 30" W. along the South line of Lot 35 S.D., a distance of 758.70 feet to a point; thence turning N. 31 degrees 08' 00" E. along the East property line of the U.S. of A., a distance of 149.10 feet to a government monument found, and the true place of beginning for the property herein described, property owned by D. O. Enoch.; thence turning S. 61 degrees 26' 00" E. along the North property line of the U.S. of A., a distance of 118.84 feet to a government monument found; thence turning N. 31 degrees 01' 17" E. along the West property line of M. Richmond a distance of 173.21 feet to a point in the old centerline of St. Rt. 14 and passing over an iron pipe found at 102.27; thence turning 59 degrees 58' 43" W. along the old centerline of St. Rt. 14 a distance of 244.05 feet to a point in the said old centerline; thence turning S. 31 degrees 42' 57" W. along the East property line of Arnie's West Branch Steak House Inc., a distance of 103.03 feet to a government monument found; thence turning S. 29 degrees 40' 19" E. along the North property line of the U.S. of A., a distance of 145.10 feet back to the true place of beginning. Containing 0.8803 acres of property more or less and excepting all legal highways and easement of record. Surveyed by Terrence L. Pearson P.S. #7305 in July of 2001.
