Beginning at an iron pipe on the North side of Harding Avenue, which bears South 89 deg. 42' West 100.00 feet from an iron pipe on the Northwest corner of Glenwood Street, aslo the Southeast corner of said Lot 23; thence North 0 deg. 35' East 200.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89 deg. 42' West 79.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 0 deg. 35' West 200.00 feet to an iron pipe on the North line of Harding Avenue; thence North 89 deg. 42' East along the North line of the above mentioned avenue 79.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.362 acres of land. Surveyed by Marvin F. Stevens, Registered Surveyor No. 260. Subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
