Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, June 9, 2008, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the City of Kent to-wit:

And known as being Sublot 19 of Beechwood Heights Allotment as the same is platted, numbered and recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 14 of the Portage County Records of Plats.

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 215 of the Cressbrook Allotment as recorded in Book 5, Page 1-4 of Portage County Plat Records; thence North 0 deg. 08' East, 100 feet along the East line of Lots 215 and 214 of said allotment; thence South 89 deg. 02' East, 75 feet; thence South 0 deg. 06' West, 100 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89 deg. 02' West, 76 feet to the beginning and containing 0.1722 acres of land, be the same more or less, surveyed August 12, 1953 by Walter J. Stockman, Registered Surveyor.

Said Premises Appraised at $155,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
