Beginning at the centerline of intersection of Dawley Road, T.H. 165 and Virginia Drive, T.H. 1725; thence N. 89 deg. - 58' - 30" E., a distance of 271.10' along the centerline of Dawley Road to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing N. 09 deg. - 58' - 30" E., along the centerline of said road, a distance of 100.00' to a point; thence S. 0 deg. - 01' - 01" E., a distance of 680.33' to an I.P.; thence S. 75 deg. - 00' W., a distance of 103.52' along the Northerly line of Meadowbrook No. 1 to an I.P.; thence N. 0 deg. - 01' - 01" W., along the East line of property owned by P. W. or D. D. Conrad passing over an I.P. at 677.07' a total distance of 707.07' to the true place of beginning and containing 1.593 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Edward P. Wanchick; Registered Surveyor No. 5756.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998.
