Situated in the Township of Palmyra, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Lot 30, Division 4, in said township and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe in the Westerly line of Lot 30, Division 4 at the intersections of the centerline of C.H. 137, John Thomas Road and T.H. 129 Whippoorwill Road; thence North 89 deg. 36' 46" East, along the centerline of T.H. 129, a distance of 1666.84 feet to a point at the Southeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by G. J. & A. A. Kish, which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence North 00 deg. 21' 28" West, along the Easterly line of said Kish (passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet), a distance of 1268.49 feet to an iron pipe in the Southerly line of land now or formerly owned by David J. Shealy; thence North 89 deg. 42' 44" East, 171.87; thence continuing North 89 deg. 42' 44" East, a distance of 23.21 feet to a point; thence South 00 deg. 21' 28" East, a distance of 1268.19 feet to a point in the centerline of T.H. 129; thence South 89 deg. 36' 46" West, along the centerline of T.H. 129, a distance of 171.87 feet to the true place of beginning containing 5.004 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed July 26, 1976 by Albert Szuch, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.

If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
