Situated in the Township of Palmyra, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Known as being part of Lot No. 2 in the First Division of Lots in said township and bounded as follows:
Beginning at a point in the middle of State Road known as S.H. #225 leading from Deerfield to Parkman and also in the East line of Lot No. 2 aforesaid, at which point the center post of Palmyra Township bears South 1 deg. West, a distance of 15 chains 64 1/4 links (1032 feet); thence North 88 deg. 40' West, 3 chains, 33 1/3 links (220 feet) to a post; thence North 1 deg. East, 1 chain 31 1/4 links (88.62 feet) to a post; thence South 88 deg. 40' East, 3 chains 33 1/3 links (220 feet) to the middle line of the State Road afroesaid; thence South 1 deg. West 1 chain 31 1/3 links (86.62 feet) to the place of beginning and containing .44 acre of land taken from the North middle part of a parcel of land conveyed by deed recorded in Portage County Records of Deeds, Volume 124, Page 20. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Amount of acreage is not guaranteed.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
