Master Commissioner, David M. Hunter, shall offer for sale at public auction, in Room B3-52 of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division at 2 South Main Street, City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio on,

beginning at 11:30 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

And known as being part of Lot No. 49 in Said Shalersville Township, bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pipe at the intersection of the Westerly line of said Lot No. 49 and the centerline of T.H. 221, Dudley Road:

1. Thence South 88 15' 00" East along the centerline of T.H. 221 a distance of 960.00 feet to a point which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land;

2. Thence continuing South 88 15' 00" East along the centerline of T.H. 221 a distance of 150.00 feet to a point;

3. Thence South 00 45' 00" West (passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet) a distance of 457.00 feet to an iron pipe:

4. Thence North 88 15' 00" West a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pipe;

Thence north 00 45' 00" East (passing over an iron pipe at 427.00 feet) a distance of 457.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 1,5735 acres of land, more or less as surveyed by Albert Szuch, Reg. Sur. No. 5398, October 12, 1979, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property appraised at: $198,000.00 Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

A deposit of CERTIFIED CHECK or CASHIER'S CHECK, payable to Clerk U.S. District Court, or CASH for ten (10%) per cent of the purchase price up to a maximum of $10,000.00 will be required at the time the bid is accepted.

The FULL purchase price shall be paid to Clerk U.S. District Court within THIRTY (30) days from the date of the sale. Failure to do so will result in the purchaser being held in contempt of court.
