And known as being lots numbered 212 and 213 in the Cressbrook Allotment, as shown on the recorded plat of said allotment in the records of Portage County, Ohio, in Plat Book Five (5), Pages 1, 2, 3 and 4 said plat being made by H. S. Wagner on July 2, 1920.

And being a parcel of land in Township Lot No. 10 and bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pipe on the East line of Cressbrook Allotment to the Southeast corner of Lot No. 213; thence N. 0 deg. 06' E., along the East line of Cressbrook Allotment 50.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 54' E., 75.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 06' W., 50.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 54' W., 75.00 feet to the place of begining, containing .086 acres of land, surveyed by Marvin F. Stevens, Reg. Sur. No. 260.

Stevens, Reg. Sur. No. 260.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
