Siutated in the Township of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Lot No. 35, South Division of Lots, Ravenna Township and further described as follows:
Starting at the Southeast corner of Lot 35; thence N. 88 deg. 40' 30" W., 758.70 feet along the South line of Lot 35 and the South line of Ravenna Township; thence N. 31 deg. 08' E., 149.10 feet to an iron post; thence S. 61 deg. 26' E., 119.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 31 deg. 08' E., 22.87 feet to an iron pipe on the line between Baith and Enoch and being the true place of beginning; thence N. 31 deg. 08' E., 150.29 feet to the original centerline of State Route 14 and passing over an iron pipe 79.30 feet from the beginning; thence S. 61 deg. 28' E., 61.50 feet along the original centerline; thence S. 31 deg. 08' W., 150.29 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 79.73 feet from said pipe; thence N. 61 deg. 26' W., 61.50 feet to the true place of beginning, containing a total area of 0.212 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to an easement to the State of Ohio across the Northerly and of said parcel for the limits of State Route 14 and leaving a net area of 0.112 acres. Also subject to other easements of record. Surveyed by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.

Said Premises Appraised at $35,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
