In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, April 21, 2008, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the City of Kent to-wit:

And known as being a sublot of Original Lot No. 17, Ross and Prouse Acres Allotment, Plat Book 7, Pages 8-9, Franklin Township Lot No. 10, Portage County, Ohio, described by beginning at an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 17; thence Westward along the South line of said Lot No. 17, 235.96 feet to an iron pipe; thence Northward parallel with the East line of said Lot No. 17, 96.01 feet to an iron pipe; thence Eastward parallel with the South line of said Lot No. 17, 235.96 feet to a point; thence Southward along the East line of said Lot No. 17, 96.01 feet to the place of beginning as surveyed by Herbert V. Wands, Registered Surveyor No. 3347, Nov. 17, 1956. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
