Being part of Lot 81 in said township and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the intersection of the Westerly line of Lot 91 and Westerly line of Freedom Township with the centerline of St. Rt. 88, Ravenna-Parkman Road; thence N. 48 deg. 45 min. 20 sec. E., along the centerline of S R. 88, a distance of 257.80 feet to a point which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence N. 10 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. W. (passing over an iron pipe at 35.05 feet) a distance of 300.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 37 deg. 08 min. 50 sec. W., a distance of 226.72 feet to an iron pipe in the Westerly line of Lot 81 and Westerly line of Freedom Township; thence N. 00 deg. 25 min. 31 sec. E., along the Westerly line of Lot 91 and Westerly line of Freedom Township, a distance of 272.21 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 37 deg. 46 min. 50 sec. E., a distance of 382.49 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 21 deg. 25 min. 35 sec. E. (passing over an iron pipe at 312.90 feet) a distance of 344.79 feet to a point in the centerline of S.R. 88.

Said Premises Appraised at $130,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
