Beginning at a bolt in the centerline of the Congress Lake-Brimfield Road (TH 17) S. 1 degree 34' E., a distance of 343.00 feet from the centerline of intersection of the said Congess Lake-Brimfield Road with the Trares Road (TH 250); thence N. 87' degrees 41' E., parallel with the centerline of the Trares Road, a distance 579.78 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 1 degree 33' E., parallel with the centerline of the Congress Lake-Brimfield Road, a distance of 200.00 feet to a point; thence 87 degrees 41' W., parallel with the centerline of the Trares Road, a distance of 579.71 feet to a point in the centerline of the Congress Lake-Brimfield Road; thence N. 1 degree 34' W., along the centerline of the Congress Lake-Brimfield Road, a distance of 200.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 2.66 acres of land, more or less.
Said Premises Located at 1914 Congress Lake Rd., Mogadore, OH 44260.
Said Premises Appraised at $170,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
