In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, March 31, 2008, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the City of Ravenna to-wit:

Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio and better known as being part of Lot 65 of the South division of lots of Ravenna Township and better described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 65; thence North 89 deg. 15' 35" West, along the Northerly line of Lot 65, a distance of 776.53 feet to a re-bar and cap set at the true point of beginning of the following parcel of land; thence North 89 deg. 15' 35" West, a distance of 60.00 feet along the Northerly line of Lot 65 to a iron pin and cap set by Terrence L. Pearson, R.S. No. 7305; thence South 2 deg. 38' 20" West, a distance of 284.18 feet to an iron pin and cap set by Terrence L. Pearson, R.S. No. 7305, to the Northerly right of way of Lake Street, being 60 feet in width; thence South 83 deg. 25' 30" East, a distance of 60.00 feet along the Northerly line of said Lake Street to a 1" iron pipe found; thence North 2 deg. 13' 05" East, a distance of 294.26 to the true place of beginning. Subject to all legal highways and or easements as of record as surveyed by Paul M. Harvey, R.S. No. 5454, in June of 2000, and containing 0.400 acres. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
