In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, March 31, 2008, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the City of Ravenna to-wit:

Known as being Lot 56 and the South one half of Lot 57 in the Chamber of Commerce Addition to the City of Ravenna, as the same is deeded, platted and recorded in Portage County Records, Volume 3, Page 24 of the plats.

Known as being part of Sublot 57 in the Chamber of Commerce Addition to the City of Ravenna as same is platted, numbered and recorded in Volume 3, Page 24 of the Portage County Records of Plats and is more fully described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Sublot 57; thence S. 3 deg. 03' W., along the West line of Freedom Street, 25.00 feet to the real place of beginning for the following described parcel; thence N. 87 deg. 57' W., 155.65 feet to the iron pin; thence N. 2 deg. 03' E., 8.00 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 85 deg. 01' E., 155.85 feet to the place of beginning and containing .014 acre as surveyed by R. A. Weinkaup, R.S. #3859.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
