Beginning at a point in the North line of the lot in the center of the East & West Center Road, Hudson-Braceville Road, St. Rt. 303, distant 693 feet from the West line of the lot, measured along the centerline of the highway, Hudson-Braceville Road, St. Rt. 303 and running thence South parallel with the lot line, 330 feet to an iron pipe; thence East parallel to the highway, Hudson-Braceville Road, St. Rt. 303, 132 feet to an iron pipe; thence North parallel with the lot line, 330 feet to the North lot line in the center of the highway, Hudson-Braceville Road, St. Rt. 303; thence West on the lot line in the center of the highway, Hudson-Braceville Road, St. Rt. 303, 132 feet to the place of beginning and containing one (1) acre of land, begin a tract of land as surveyed by Frank W. Eigin and filed in Volume 1, Page 91, of unrecorded surveys. Bearing a North line of lot, South 89 deg. 33' East. Bearing of West line of lot is North 0 deg. 07' West. Iron pipes set on South side of highway 30 feet from centerline. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
