Beginning at a point in the North line of the lot in the center of the East & West Center Road, Hudson-Braceville Road, St. Rt. 303, distant 693 feet from the West line of the lot, measured along the centerline of the highway, Hudson-Braceville Road, St. Rt. 303 and running thence South parallel with the lot line, 330 feet to an iron pipe; thence East parallel to the highway, Hudson-Braceville Road, St. Rt. 303, 132 feet to an iron pipe; thence North parallel with the lot line, 330 feet to the North lot line in the center of the highway, Hudson-Braceville Road, St. Rt. 303; thence West on the lot line in the center of the highway, Hudson-Braceville Road, St. Rt. 303, 132 feet to the place of beginning and containing one (1) acre of land, begin a tract of land as surveyed by Frank W. Eigin and filed in Volume 1, Page 91, of unrecorded surveys. Bearing a North line of lot, South 89 deg. 33' East. Bearing of West line of lot is North 0 deg. 07' West. A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
