Part of Lot 63 in said Randolph Township, and further described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 63 in said township; thence S. 89 deg. 00' E., along the South line of said Lot 63 and the centerline of C.H. 87, known as Waterloo Road, a distance of 1883.91 feet to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence N. 0 deg. 50' E., and passing over an iron pipe 30.00 feet from the center of the road, a distance of 230.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg 00' E., a distance of 110.00 feet to an iron pipe on the East line of the property of W. G. & M. L. Fox; thence S. 0 deg. 50' W., along the aforementioned property line and passing over an iron pipe 30.00 feet from the center of the road a distance of 230.00 feet to a point in the center of C.H. 87; thence N. 89 deg. 00' W., along the South line of said Lot 63 and the centerline of C.H. 87, a distance of 110.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.581 acres of land as surveyed by L. M. Satrom, Reg. Sur. No. 4226.

Situated in the Township of Randolph, County of Portage and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Twp. Lot 63 and further described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot No. 63; thence S. 89 deg. 00' 00" East, along said South line of Lot 63, a distance of 1993.91 feet to a point; thence North 00 deg. 50' 00" East, a distance of 230.00 feet to an iron pipe at the true place of beginning for the following described parcel; thence North 89 deg. 00' 00" West, a distance of 110.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 00 deg. 50' 00" East, a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89 deg. 00' 00" East, a distance of 110.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 00 deg. 50' 00" West, a distance of 200.00 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 0.505 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways and easements of record as surveyed by Dennis G. Heasley, Registered Surveyor No. S-5962 in April, 1975.
Said Premises Located at 4791 Waterloo Road, Atwater, OH 44201.
Said Premises Appraised at $95,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
