Starting at an iron pipe at the intersection of the centerline of Wayne Road, T.H. 266, with the South line of Lot 10; thence North 32 degrees 45' East, 607.12 feet along said center line to an iron pipe at an angle point; thence North 31 degrees 59' 30" East, 45.18 feet along said center line to a point and the true place of beginning; thence North 58 degrees 00' 30" West, 449.28 feet to an iron pipe in the Grantor's West line and the East line of land now or formerly owned by A. Oros; thence North 0 degrees 28' 30" West, 293.95 feet along said lien to an iron pipe; thence South 58 degrees 00' 30" East, 607.08 feet to said center line, passing over an iron pipe 30.00 feet from said center line; thence South 30 degrees 59' 30" West, 248.00 feet along said center line to the true place of beginning and containing 3.007 acres of land.
