And known as being Unit 18, Building F, and the undivided interest of such unit in the common areas and facilities of the Athens Court Condominium as the same is shown of record upon the drawings of the Portage County Records of Plat, Plat 95-6 and originally declared in a condominium declaration recorded in Volume 1161, Pages 973 through 1064 in the office of the recorder of Portage County, Ohio, as amended from time to time, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
