Corner of Lot 5 on the intersection of the centerline of C.H. 75 (Bonnner Road) and the centerline of C.H. 459 (Cobb Road); thence South 0 deg. 33' East, 123.96 feet along the West line of Lot 5 to a point on the centerline of U.S. Route 224 (Akron-Canfield Road); thence Southeasterly along the centerline of U.S. Route 224 by a curve to the right having a radius of 3819.72 feet an arc distance of 95.64 feet to a point, which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing Southeasterly by the same centerline curve an arc length of 250.00 feet to a point having a delta angle of 3 deg. 45', a radius of 3819.72 feet, a chord bearing of South 86 deg. 11' 50" East, and a chord distance of 249.94 feet; thence South 10 deg. 40' 40" West, a distance of 321.90 feet to an iron pipe on the North line of the U.S.A. property; thence South 60 deg. 39' West, a distance of 200.00 feet along said North line to a concrete monument; thence North 1 deg. 29' West, a distance if 463.2 feet to an iron pin; thence North 16 deg. 3' 55" East, a distance of 29.52 feet to the true place of beignning and containing 1.961 acres of land as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 5065 in May, 1971.

Property appraised at: $63,000.00 Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

A deposit of CERTIFIED CHECK or CASHIER'S CHECK, payable to Clerk U.S. District Court, or CASH for ten (10%) per cent of the purchase price up to a maximum of $10,000.00 will be required at the time the bid is accepted.

The FULL purchase price shall be paid to Clerk U.S. District Court within THIRTY (30) days from the date of the sale. Failure to do so will result in the purchaser being held in contempt of court.
