Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Portage, Township of Brimfield and known as being part of Lot 42 in said township and also known as being part of a parcel conveyed to Alva Sharpe as recorded in Deed Volume 950 Page 978 and being more fully bounded and described as follows:
Beginning for reference at a 1/2" iron pipe found at the Northwest corner of Lot 408R in Beechcrest Allotment No. 3 as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 89 and being the Southwest corner of the aforementioned Sharpe parcel; thence North 01 deg. 00 min. 37 sec. West 375.75 feet along the West line of said Sharpe parcel and the East line of a parcel conveyed to L.E. or M.L. Schilmiller (1044/856) to a 5/8" rebar with I.D. cap set at the true place of beginning for the parcel herein described; thence North 01 deg. 00 min. 37 sec. West 1348.34 feet continuing along the West line of said Sharpe parcel to a 1/2" spike found in the centerline of Ranfield Road (C.H. 88-F) 60' R/W (said spike being South 37 deg. 09 min. 25 sec. East 660.85 feet along said centerline from the centerline of S.R. 18); thence South 38 deg. 24 min. 55 sec. East 329.90 feet along said centerline to a point; thence South 18 deg. 51 min. 59 sec. West 79.07 feet to a 5/8 rebar with cap set (passing over a 5/8" rebar with cap set at 35.66 feet); thence South 00 deg. 58 min. 01 sec. East 1014.78 feet to a 5/8" rebar with I.D. cap set; thence South 89 deg. 56 min. 22 sec. West 172.77 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 4.950 acres of land more or less as determined from a survey made by Stephen P. Campbell Professional Land Surveyor No. 7330 of Campbell and Associates Inc. in August 2000. (C&A 2001197). The bearings used to prepare this description are based on assumed meridian and used to indicate angles only. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
