And further known as being part of Large Lot #44 in the South Division of Lots Ravenna Township, and further described as all of Lot Nos. 83, 84 and 85 in Cloverlawn Allotment, as the same is platted, numbered and recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 23 Portage County Records of Plats, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
