Situated in the City of Kent, County of Portage and State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows, to wit:
And known as being Lot 157 in Silver Meadows Subdivision Number 1 and being part of Original Franklin Township Lot Numbers 27 and 28 as platted and recorded in Volume 18, Pages 18 and 19 of the Portage County Records of Plats, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Property located at: 388 Silver Meadows Blvd., Kent, Ohio.
Property appraised at: $105,000.00 Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
A deposit of CERTIFIED CHECK or CASHIER'S CHECK, payable to Clerk U.S. District Court, or CASH for ten (10%) per cent of the purchase price up to a maximum of $10,000.00 will be required at the time the bid is accepted.
The FULL purchase price shall be paid to Clerk U.S. District Court within THIRTY (30) days from the date of the sale. Failure to do so will result in the purchaser being held in contempt of court.
