Beginning at an I.P. in the intersection of Hankee Road T.H. 224 and Stamm Road T.H. 227; thence South 89 degrees 32 minutes 26 seconds East, a distance of 1258.26 feet along the centerline of Hankee Road to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence North 1 degree 22 minutes East, a distance of 620.00 feet to an I.P. and passing over an I.P. at 30.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 32 minutes 26 seconds East, a distance of 654.40 feet to an I.P.; thence the following three courses along the boundary of property owned by R. G. & B. P. Brom; South 41 degrees 23 minutes 19 seconds West, a distance of 66.91 feet to an I.P.; South 29 degrees 14 minutes 54 seconds West, a distance of 120.90 feet to an I.P.; South 05 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 76.31 feet to an I.P.; thence North 89 degrees 32 minutes 26 seconds West, a distance of 448.71 feet along the North line of a 2.205 acres tract to an I.P.; thence South 1-22 feet West a distance of 387.50 feet along the West line of the said 2.205 acre tract to a point in the centerline of Hankee Road and passing over an I.P. 30.00 feet back from said centerline; thence North 89 degrees 32 minutes 26 seconds West, a distance of 100.00 feet along the centerline of Hankee Road to the true place of beginning.

Said Premises Appraised at $135,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
