Beginning at an iron rod found at the intersection of the centerline of Whipporwill Road (60' R/W) with the centerline of Wayland Road (60' R/W) and the East line of Lot 28; thence S. 0 deg. 16' 54" E., 551.63 feet along the centerline of Wayland Road and the East line of Lot 28 to the Grantor's Southeast corner; thence S. 89 deg. 38' 13' W., 568.45 feet to the Grantor's Southwest corner; thence N. 0 deg. 08' 17" E., 553.71 feet to a nail set at the Grantor's Northwest corner in the centerline of Whipporwill Road and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet from the road center; thence N. 89 deg. 50' 46" E., 564.39 feet along the centerline of Whipporwill Road and the Grantor's North line to the beginning.
