Beginning at the Southeast corner of said lot; thence West 210 feet to an iron pin in the Southwest corner of said lot; thence North 50.40 feet to an iron pin; thence East 210 feet; thence South 50.40 feet to the place of beginning. Being 50.40 feet off the South side of the above described lot. 474 South Meridian Street, Ravenna, OH 44266

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
