Known as being at the Northwest corner of Mantua Township Lot 7; thence South along the centerline of T.H. 258 (Aurora-Mantua Road) 2020.51 feet to a point at the intersection of said centerline and the North line of Benning drive; thence continuing South along the centerline of T.H. 258, 166.45 feet to a point, being the true place of beginning; thence Easterly along the South line of Sublot 1, 320 feet to an iron pin in the West line of Sublots Nos. 14; thence South along West lines of Sublots Nos. 14 and 13, 195 feet to an iron pin at the Northwest corner of Sublot 2; thence West 320 feet along the North line of Sublot 2 to centerline of T.H. 258; thence North along the centerline of T.H. 258, to the true place of beginning, containing 1.43 acres of land. The true place of beginning of the above described premises is at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Benning Acres subdivision No. 1 as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 44.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
