Situated in the Township of Palmyra, County of Portage and State of Ohio, further described as follows:
And known as being part of Lot 16 Division 3 in said township and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 16 at the intersection of the centerline of S.R. 225, Deerfield-Windham Road and the centerline of T.H. 129, Whippoorwill Road; thence North 89 deg. 24' 30" East, along the centerline of T.H. 129 and Northerly line of Lot 16, a distance of 636.88 feet to a point which is the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing North 89 deg. 24' 30" East, along the centerline of T.H. 129 and the Northerly line of Lot 16, a distance of 300.00 feet to a point; thence South (passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet) a distance of 730.50 feet to an iron pipe in the Northerly line of land now or formerly owned by B. & R. Kruger; thence South 89 deg. 59' 21" West, along the Northerly line of said Kruger, a distance of 299.98 feet to a point in the Easterly line of land now or formerly owned by D. L. and C. A. Woodford; thence North along the Easterly line of said Woodford (passing over an iron pipe at 697.46 feet) a distance of 727.46 feet to the true place of beginning; containing 5.021 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed February 22, 1971 by Albert Szuch, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
