Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Lot 41 and the centerline of Knowlton Road (T.H. 295); thence South 75 degrees 45' East, along the centerline of Knowlton Road, 544.30 feet to a point, the true point of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence South 00 degrees 47' West, passing over iron pipes at 30.85 feet, and 597.68 feet, a total distance of 1170.57 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89 degrees 13' East, 278.71 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 00 degrees 47' West, 1068.28 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 87 degrees 53' 43" West, 500.14 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 00 degrees 47' East, 1056.75 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89 degrees 13' East, 161.29 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 00 degrees 47' East, passing over iron pipes at 587.00 feet and 1154.09 feet, a total distance of 1184.94 feet to a point in the centerline of KnowltonRoad; thence South 75 degrees 45' East, along said centerline 61.70 feet to the true point of beginning and containing 13.818 acres of land, as surveyed in February and March 1985 by Donald D. Harvey, Registered Surveyor No. 4112.

Said Premises Appraised at $140,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
