Beginning at a point in the centerline of County Highway No. 211 (Freedom Station - Freedom Road) said point being North 0 deg. 40' East and 447.91 feet from the South line of said Lot No. 56; thence North 89 deg. 04' West, (passing over an iron pipe at 30 feet) 677.98 feet to an iron pipe which marks the Southeast corner of the R. L. & L. M. Miner property; thence North 13 deg. 04' East, along the Easterly line of R. L. & L. M. Miner and T. & J. Awgustyn (and passing over an iron pipe at 263.14 feet, which is the Northeasterly corner of Miner's property) 305.28 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 88 deg. 14' East, along T. & J. Awgustyn's Southerly line 81.31 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 88 deg. 14' East, on Awgustyn's Southerly line 207.00 feet to an iron pipe, which is the Southwesterly corner of the E. & K. Urbanowscz property; thence South 72 deg. 31' East, along Dean's Southerly property line, 341.33 feet to a nail found in the centerline of C.H. 211; thence South 0 deg. 41' West, along the centerline of C.H. 211, 168.09 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.725 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by P. Gray and R. L. Harvey, Reg. Surveyors No. 1492 and 4112, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Appraised at $110,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
