In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, November 19, 2007, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Suffield to-wit:

And known as part of Lot No. 16, Suffield Township, bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot 16 at the Northeast corner of land formerly owned by F. H. & B. Y. Gerring, and the Northwest corner of land now owned by Cain, said lot line being the centerline of Suffield Township Road No. 79 (Saxe Road); thence S. 0 deg. 12' 30" W., along said property line and passing over an iron pipe set 20 feet from said lot line, 844.45 feet to a concrete monument set by the City of Akron; thence N. 70 deg. 25' 30" E., along the City of Akron property line 191.28 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 deg. 12' 30" E., 778.80 feet to the North line of said Lot No. 16 and passing over an iron pin set 20 feet from said lot line; thence N. 89 deg. 30' W., along said lot line and the center of said road 180.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.345 acres of land as surveyed by Frank W. Elgin, May, 1941.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
