And known as part of Lot No. 16, Suffield Township, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot 16 at the Northeast corner of land formerly owned by F. H. & B. Y. Gerring, and the Northwest corner of land now owned by Cain, said lot line being the centerline of Suffield Township Road No. 79 (Saxe Road); thence S. 0 deg. 12' 30" W., along said property line and passing over an iron pipe set 20 feet from said lot line, 844.45 feet to a concrete monument set by the City of Akron; thence N. 70 deg. 25' 30" E., along the City of Akron property line 191.28 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 deg. 12' 30" E., 778.80 feet to the North line of said Lot No. 16 and passing over an iron pin set 20 feet from said lot line; thence N. 89 deg. 30' W., along said lot line and the center of said road 180.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.345 acres of land as surveyed by Frank W. Elgin, May, 1941.
