Beginning at a spike in the centerline of Randolph Road and the South line of Lot 89 and being West 582.38 feet from an iron bar at the intersection of said road centerline with the centerline of Ranfield Road; thence West 100.00 feet along the centerline of Randolph Road and the South line of Lot 89 to an iron pin at the Grantor's Southwest corner; thence N. 7 deg. W., 269.17 feet to an iron bar at the Grantor's Northwest corner and passing over an iron pipe 30.23 feet from the road center; thence N. 89 deg. 54' 27" E., 391.70 feet along the Grantor's North line; thence S. 0 deg. 05' 33" E., 33.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 54' 27" W., 214.50 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 116.93 feet to an iron pipe; thence West 68.14 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 71.78 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 16 deg. 39' 30" E., 47.75 feet to the beginning and passing over an iron pipe 31.31 feet from the road center, containing 1.000 acres of land, as surveyed by David J. Collier, Reg. Sur. No. 4819, December, 1977.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
