Situated in the Township of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being a part of Lot 17, South Division of said township and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Hayes Rd. where it intersects the East line of Lot 17, South Division; thence N. 87 degrees 26' 43" W., a distance of 1881.03' along the centerline of Hayes Rd. to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence S. 2 degrees 42' 04" W., a distance of 322.08' along the Westerly line of C. Gasper to a point; thence N. 87 degrees 26' 43" W., a distance of 135.27' along a Northerly line of C. J. and N. C. Dipaola to a point; thence N. 2 degrees 42' 04" E., a distance of 322.08' along a Easterly line of the said Dipaola to a point in the centerline of Hayes Rd.; thence S. 87 degrees 26' 43" E., a distance of 135.27' along the centerline of Hayes Rd. to the true place of beginning and containing 1.00 acres of land, more or less, as prepared from surveys of record by Edward P. Wanchick, Registered Surveyor No. 5756.
Said Premises Located at 4486 Hayes Rd., Ravenna, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $115,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
