Situated in the Township of Franklin, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Known as being part of Lot No. 37 of said township, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe which bears North 3 deg. 28' E., 90 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot No. 34, in Towner's Allotment, recorded in Book 5, Page 30, of Portage County Records; thence South 86 deg. 32' E., 204.22 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 3 deg. 28' E., 91.42 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 63 deg. 46' W., 221.48 feet to an iron pin; thence South 3 deg. 28' W., 177.13 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.6295 acres of land as surveyed by Marvin F. Stevens, R.S. #260, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. The right of ingress and egress is hereby given over an adjoining 40 foot strip on the West running Southerly to a 40 foot street in Towner's Allotment.
