And known as being part of Mantua Township Lot No. 31, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point where the centerline of the Mennonite Road intersects the West line of said township Lot No. 31; which point is N. 1 deg. 15' E. a distance of 499 feet from a stone at the Southwest corner of said Township Lot No. 31; thence N. 1 deg. 15' E. along the West line of said Township Lot No. 31, a distance of 250 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 33 deg. 51' E., a distance of 302.35 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 1 deg. 15' W., on a line parallel with said West line of Lot No. 31 and a distance of 174.24 feet Easterly therefrom measured at right angle, a distance of 250 feet to the center line of Mennonite Road; thence North 33 deg. 51' E., along the centerline of said Mennonite Road a distance of 302.35 feet to the place of beginning and said to contain one acre of land. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
