And known as being part of Original Lot 9 in said township and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stone at the Southwest corner of Original Lot No. 9; thence East along the South line of Original Lot No. 9, which is also the centerline of C. R. No. 18, a distance of 1058.87 feet to a point which is the intersection of the South line of Original Lot No. 9 and the centerline of New Milford Station Road, nka Hattrick Road, T.H. 110; thence along the centerline of New Milford Station Road nka Hattrick Road, T.H. 110, North 17 deg. 32' East, a distance of 590.13 feet to a point, the true place of beginning; thence South 87 deg. 33' East, passing over an iron pin set 30 feet from the centerline of New Milford Station Road, nka Hattrick Road, T.H. 110, a distance of 514.41 feet to an iron pin; thence North 7 deg. 54' East, a distance of 86.15 feet to an iron pin; thence North 87 deg. 33' West, a distance of 501.41 feet passing over an iron pin set 30 feet from the centerline of New Milford Station Road, nka Hattrick Road, T.H. 110, to a point; thence South 17 deg. 32' West along the centerline of New Milford Station Road, nka Hattrick Road, T.H. 110, a distance of 88.82 feet to a point, the true place of beginning and containing 1.000 acres of land. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Amount of acreage is not guaranteed.

Said Premises Appraised at $70,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
