Beginning at the centerline intersection of State Route 303 and Wilverne Drive; thence North 0 deg. 27' 05" East, a distance of 368.50 feet along the centerline of Wilverne Drive to a point; thence South 88 deg. 59' 50" East, a distance of 30.00 feet to an I.R. in the East right of way line of said road at the Northwest corner of property owned by G. B. and M. A. Bengston which is the true place of beginning; thence North 0 deg. 27' 05" East, a distance of 100.00 feet along the East line of Wilverne Drive to an I.R.; thence South 88 deg. 59' 50" East, a distance of 150.00 feet along the Southerly line of property owned by W. S. and J. A. Lininger to a point; thence South 0 deg. 27' 05" West, a distance of 100.00 feet along the Westerly line of Windham Estates No. 1 to an I.R.; thence North 88 deg. 59' 50" West, a distance of 150.00 feet along the Northerly line of property owned by G. B. and M. A. Bengston to the true place of beginning and containing 0.344 acres of land more or less as surveyed by Edward P. Wanchick, Registered Surveyor No. 5756, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
