Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Limeridge Rd. (CH222) and the Ohio Turnpike; thence North 00 degrees 42 minutes 54 seconds West, along the centerline of Limeridge Road 715.00 feet to a point, the true place of beginning for the following described premises:
Thence continuing North 00 degrees 42 minutes 54 seconds West, along the centerline, 125.00 feet to a point; thence North 89 degrees 37 minutes 43 seconds East, passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet, a total distance of 584.25 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 00 degrees 22 minutes 17 seconds East, 125.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89 degrees 37 minutes 43 seconds West, passing over an iron pin at 553.50 feet, a total distance of 583.50 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 1.6755 acres of land as surveyed in November 1995 by Donald D. Harvey. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
