In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, September 24, 2007, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Village of Aurora to-wit:

And known as being part of Original Aurora Township Lot No. 30, village, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point at the intersection of the centerline of Parker Road and Eggleston Road; thence North 88 deg. 54' East along the centerline of Parker Road for a distance of 1100.00 feet to an iron pin at angle in said centerline; thence continuing along said Parker Road centerline North 88 deg. 00' East for a distance of 602.85 feet to a bridge spike which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land; thence continuing along said centerline North 88 deg. 00' East for a distance of 158.19 feet to an old iron pin. This iron pin is 10.40 feet West of an angle in said road. This iron pin is 37.00 feet West of an old iron pipe at the edge of the woods; thence North 00 deg. 30' East (and passing over a bridge spike in the top of a large oak stump 30.00 feet North of the centerline of Parker Road) for a total distance of 1,024.06 feet along the West line Longo property and beyond to an old iron pin; thence N. 89 deg. 54' West along the South line of A. and M. Dimick property for a distance of 158.04 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 00 deg. 30' West (and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet North of the centerline of Parker Road) for a total distance of 1,029.86 feet to the place of beginning and found to contain 3.726 acres of land as surveyed by Louis P. Converse, Registered Surveyor No. 1199 in October, 1965, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
