Located in Lot No. 22, Nelson Township, Portage County, Ohio and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a railroad spike found marking the Northeast corner of Lot No. 22; thence South 1 degree 00' West, along the East line of Lot 22 and centerline of Parkman Road, 241.08 feet to a point, the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence South 1 degree 00' West, 188.00 feet to a point; thence North 87 degrees 37' West, passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet, a total distance of 250.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 1 degree 00' 03" East, 187.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 87 degrees 50' 45" East, passing over an iron pipe at 220.03 feet, a total distance of 249.98 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 1.0758 acres of land as surveyed in August, 1994 by Donald D. Harvey, R.S. #4112.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
